किसान की दयनिय हालत

 भारत देश कृषि प्रधान देश है | भारत देश की एक तिहाई आबादी कृषि करके अनाज पैदा कर देशवासियों के पेट के  भूख की ज्वाला को शांत करते हैं | लोग अन्न  ग्रहण करके जीवित रहते हैं  |इसका श्रेय किसान को जाता है | दुनिया को अन्न  देने वाले किसान दिन-रात चिलमिलाती  धूप ,कंपकपाती ठंड और बारिश में कार्य करके किसान खेती करते हैं  | तभी कहीं जाकर दुनिया के लोगों का पेट भर पाता है | लेकिन किसान को उसकी मेहनत का फल उसके कार्य के अनुसार नहीं मिल पाता है | कभी कम वर्षा , अतिवृष्टि , अनावृष्टि ओलों से उसकी फसल नष्ट हो जाती हैं | इस कारण वह अपने परिवार का भरण पोषण ,बच्चों की उच्च शिक्षा, बेटे बेटियों की शादी के अरमान भी पूरा  नहीं कर पाता है  | हमारे देश के किसान की हालत दयनीय होती जा रही है |

बैंक से लोन लेकर किसान खाद बीज दवाइयां लेकर खेत में  बुवाई करता है  | उसको मालूम नहीं रहता कि जो बीच खेत में बिखेरे हैं  ,उस से उस को लाभ होगा या हानी , फिर भी सागर जैसा हृदय रखने वाला किसान चुनौती स्वीकार करके अनवरत अपना काम करता रहता है |  यदि अच्छी फसल पैदा होती है तो वह खुश होकर भगवान का धन्यवाद करता है, मन में कई प्रकार के सपने देखताहै सोचता है बच्चों की शिक्षा बेटे बेटियों की शादी अच्छा घर बनाने की बात , जब फसल बेचने मंदी जाता है तो उसके अनाज की कीमत बोली लगाकर व्यापारी तय करते हैं  , और वह कातर दृष्टि से उनके मुंह की तरह देखता है | उसको उचित  भाव मिलते हैं या नहीं  | मजबूरी में अपनी फसल का सौदा करता है  | 

किसान को उसकी लागत का मूल्य भी नहीं मिल पाता है | जब वह आंदोलन करता है , अपने हक के लिए तो उसे आतंकवादी, देशद्रोही की उपाधि से नवाजा जाता है | किसान पशु पालन करके दूध बाजार में बेचता  है यदि   दूध के पैसे बढ़ जाते हैं तो लोग आंदोलन करतेहैं कि दूध की कीमत कम करो  | सब्जियों के भाव बढ़ने पर लोग सड़क पर आकर आक्रोशित होते हैं |  शराब महंगी होती है तो उसका विरोध नहीं करते हैं , और बड़ी शान से खरीदते हैं |  किसान द्वारा उत्पादित फसलों के भाव बढ़ने पर हजारों रुपए की नौकरी करने वाले लोग जिन को उनकी औकात के हिसाब से ज्यादा वेतन मिलता है  | वे  किसान की फसलों के भाव बढ़ने पर जल से निकली हुई मछली की तरह तड़पने लग जाते हैं | कैसी विडंबना है हमारे देश की  सरकार किसानों की फसलों में दाम हर वर्ष बढाती हैं जो  ऊंट के मुंह में जीरे की तरह  होती है |

किसानों के द्वारा उत्पादित फसलों के भाव भी कर्मचारियों , अधिकारियों के वेतन के हिसाब से बढ़ाने चाहिए तभी देश का किसान खुशहाल , आत्मनिर्भर बन पाएगा |  शासन किसान का अनाज समर्थन मूल्य पर खरीदती है ,उसको भी   बेचने के लिए किसान को  3 से 4 दिन लग जाते है  | भूखा ,प्यासा किसान लंबी कतार में लगता है जब कहीं जाकर उसका माल बिकता है | वही अनाज सरकार जो किसान से खरीदती है, वह सरकारी बीज निगम से किसान  खरीदता  है ,तो उसको दो या तीन गुना ज्यादा कीमत पर सरकार किसान को देती  है |

अर्थशास्त्री अरस्तु ने सही कहा है ,किसान कर्ज में जन्म लेता और कर्ज में ही मर जाता है | दुनिया के लोगों के पेट भरने वाला किसान भूखा सोता है |  यदि  समय प बैंक का कर्ज , बिजली बिल  नहीं चुका पाता है तो उसको प्रताड़ित किया जाता है |  मुकदमे दायर किए जाते हैं  | इस त्रासदी से तंग आकर किसान  आत्महत्या कर लेता है  | ऐसे कई उदाहरण हमारे देश  में देखने को मिलते हैं  | उद्योगपतियों , व्यापारियों के लोन  सरकार माफ कर देती है , लेकिन किसान की  बात आती है ,तो सरकार कहती है, सरकार के पास बजट नहीं है |

यदि कोई व्यक्ति सरकारी विभाग में कार्य करता है तो उसे वेतन मिलता है | सेवानिवृत्त होने पर पेंशन मिलती है |  हम उसका विरोध नहीं करते हैं | क्योंकि उसने देश सेवा की लेकिन दुख इस बात का है कि किसान जीवन भर मेहनत करता है  , जब वह  70 -80 वर्ष का हो जाता है तो वह शारीरिक  रूप से कमजोर होता है | सरकार उसको पेंशन क्यों नहीं देती ?  उसने भी एक सरकारी कर्मचारी , अधिकारी की तरह  दिन -रात काम का समय निश्चित ही नहीं है , खेतों में काम करके देश सेवा की है ,उसको भी बुढ़ापे में पेंशन की जरूरत होती है इस  और सरकार का ध्यान नहीं है  | 

एक बार जब कोई व्यक्ति विधायक, सांसद , मंत्री बन जाता है, तो उसके वेतन ,भत्ते ,डीजल, पेट्रोल ,यात्रा टेलीफोन, कुल मिलाकर लाखों रुपए प्राप्त करते हैं ,लेकिन किसान की  बात आने पर सरकार के पास पैसे नहीं है का जुमला चालू हो जाता है | यदि आप भगवान को मानते हो तो मंदिर की जगह कड़कड़ाती ठंड में रात के समय खेत में जाकर देखो किसान अपने शरीर की परवाह न करके फसलों को पानी देता है ,आप फिर कल्पना करो कि किसान निस्वार्थ भाव से दुनिया के लोगों लोगों की पेट की भूख की ज्वाला शांत करने के लिए अपने आप को समर्पित करता है  | उसके काम करने का समय निश्चित नहीं होता है |  

सप्ताह ,न महीने में अवकाश होता है ,जैसे सूर्य भगवान बिना अवकाश के नियमित रूप से प्रकाश करते हैं, उसी प्रकार किसान भी लगातार काम करता रहता है  | उसे वेतन  , भत्ते सुरक्षा,  बीमा , पगार नहीं मिलती है |  वह अपने दम पर कड़ी मेहनत कर अपने परिवार का भरण पोषण करता है, तभी कहीं जाकर उसके परिवार को कुछ सुविधा मिल पाती है | वह भी ऊंट के मुंह में जीरे के समान,  कहने में तो किसान अन्नदाता है लेकिन वास्तविकता किसी से छिपी नहीं भारत देश लोकतांत्रिक देश है जहां पंचायत से लेकर लोकसभा के चुनाव हर वर्ष होते रहते हैं लाखों करोड़ों रुपए खर्च होते हैं  | सरकार गिरती है बनती है विधायक खरीदे जाते हैं बेचे जाते हैं  | 

राजनीतिक पार्टियां चुनाव जीतने के लिए किसानों से  मत प्राप्त करने के लिए कर्ज माफी, फ्री बिजली   की घोषणा करती है  | और सरकार बनने के बाद सभी वादे जुमले हो जाते हैं |

India is an agricultural country. One-third of India's population pacifies the hunger of the countrymen by producing grains by doing agriculture. People survive by taking others. The credit for this goes to the farmer. Farmers who give food to the world do farming by working day and night in scorching sun, shivering cold and rain. Only then the stomach of the people of the world is filled by going somewhere. But the farmer does not get the fruits of his hard work according to his work. Sometimes his crops are destroyed by less rain, excessive rain, no rain hail. Because of this, he is not able to fulfill the wishes of his family, higher education of children, marriage of sons and daughters. The condition of the farmers of our country is becoming pathetic.

Taking a loan from the bank, the farmer sows in the field by taking fertilizers, seeds and medicines. He doesn't know whether the beach scattered in the field will benefit or harm him, yet a farmer with a heart like an ocean accepts the challenge and continues to do his work. If a good crop is produced, he is happy and thanks God, thinks of many types of dreams in his mind, thinks about the education of children, marriage of sons and daughters, building a good house, when he goes to sell the crop, he bids the price of his grain. Traders decide by applying, and he looks like their mouth with a keen eye. Whether he gets fair prices or not. Under compulsion, he deals with his crops.

The farmer does not even get the value of his cost. When he agitates, for his rights, he is awarded the title of terrorist, traitor. The farmer rears animals and sells milk in the market, if the money for milk increases, then people agitate to reduce the price of milk. When the prices of vegetables increase, people come on the road and get angry. If liquor is expensive then do not oppose it, and buy it with great pride. When the price of the crops produced by the farmer increases, the people doing jobs worth thousands of rupees, who get more salary according to their status. When the prices of the farmer's crops increase, they start suffering like a fish out of water. What an irony, the government of our country increases the prices of farmers' crops every year, which is like cumin in the mouth of a camel.

The prices of the crops produced by the farmers should also be increased according to the salaries of the employees and officers, only then the farmers of the country will be able to become happy and self-reliant. The government buys the farmer's grain at the support price, it takes 3 to 4 days for the farmer to sell that too. Hungry, thirsty farmers stand in long queues when their goods are sold somewhere. The same grain that the government buys from the farmer, the farmer buys it from the Government Seed Corporation, then the government gives it to the farmer at two or three times more cost.

Economist Aristotle has rightly said, a farmer is born in debt and dies in debt. The farmer who feeds the people of the world sleeps hungry. If the bank loan is not able to pay the electricity bill on time, then it is harassed. Lawsuits are filed. Fed up with this tragedy, the farmer commits suicide. Many such examples are seen in our country. The government waives the loans of industrialists and traders, but when it comes to farmers, the government says that the government does not have a budget.

If a person works in the government department then he gets salary. Pension is available on retirement. We do not oppose it. Because he served the country, but the sad thing is that the farmer works hard throughout his life, when he turns 70-80 years old, he is physically weak. Why doesn't the government give him pension? He is also a government employee, working time day and night is not fixed like an officer, he has served the country by working in the fields, he also needs pension in his old age and the government does not care about this.

Once a person becomes an MLA, MP, Minister, his salary, allowances, diesel, petrol, travel telephone, in total, he receives lakhs of rupees, but when it comes to the farmer, the government has no money. becomes | If you believe in God, then go to the field instead of the temple in the bitter cold at night and see the farmer watering the crops without caring for his body, then imagine that the farmer selflessly feeds the people of the world. dedicates himself to pacify the flame of His working time is not fixed. There is a break in a week or a month, just as the Sun God shines regularly without a break, in the same way the farmer also works continuously. He does not get salary, allowances, security, insurance, salary. He maintains his family by working hard on his own, only then his family gets some facilities by going somewhere. That too is like a cumin in the mouth of a camel, in saying that the farmer is the provider of food, but the reality is not hidden from anyone. India is a democratic country, where elections from Panchayat to Lok Sabha are held every year, lakhs of crores of rupees are spent. Government falls, is formed, MLAs are bought and sold.

Political parties announce loan waiver, free electricity to get votes from farmers to win elections. And after the formation of the government, all the promises become jumlas.
